Viktor’s Hunting & Wilderness works only with partners who process personal data within the EU/EEA or with companies that maintain the same level of protection as in the EU/EEA by e.g. have joined the so called. Privacy Shield agreement between the EU and the US.

Legal basis, storage and deletion of personal data

Processing takes place in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data are not retained for a longer period than is necessary in the light of the purposes of the processing. Viktor’s Hunting & Wilderness stores your personal data as long as we have a customer relationship with you, however, maximum for 12 months. Certain information can be kept longer when it is required due to other legal requirements, such as the Accounting Act.

Backup is done once every 24 hours and saved for 90 days before it is deleted.
All processing of personal data is always subject to high security and confidentiality.

Your rights and choices

You have rights with respect to your personal information and you are able to influence your information and what is saved. Viktor’s Hunting & Wilderness will on its own or the customer’s initiative correct information that is found to be inaccurate. If you believe that your rights are not respected by us, please feel free to contact us or you can get in touch with the Data Inspection Board (datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se).

You can, once a year and free of charge, obtain information about which personal data are registered, by requesting in writing a so-called register extract from Viktor’s Hunting & wilderness.

Data Ordinance says:

    The individual may, under certain conditions, request that its information is not processed. The data remain, but its use is limited.
  • The right to object.
    The individual has the right to discontinue processing of personal data in order to use them for marketing purposes. There are no exceptions to this rule and any processing for marketing purposes must be terminated.
  • The right to be notified.
    If information has been lost, e.g. By an intrusion, the individual has the right to find out. Infringement shall be notified to the supervisory authority within 72 hours.
  • Who is the regulator?
    In Sweden, it is the data Inspection Board. It is to those you turn to if you believe that we do not meet the requirements of the processing of your personal data.
